Our July e-book series focuses on overcoming the barriers that prevent us from taking action toward our performance goals. This series focuses on helping Ballers to:
Develop the ability to identify the different barriers that limit potential
Increase level of awareness around how to to navigate and overcome barriers to action
Understand the key behaviors and mental skills to adapt to potential limiting barriers
Sharpen the ability to master present moment focus
